We used Bridgford Construction on two separate remodel projects and are extremely happy with the results. Management and staff were consistently courteous, professional, and timely. The work quality superior, project management efficient and Chris Bridgford responsive to all questions, concerns or desired changes. We lived through one of the remodel projects which also coincided with the birth of our first child - the process was incredibly smooth given the stressful circumstances. Bridgford staff cleaned up the site on a daily basis. Would not hesitate to recommend Bridgford Construction or use on future projects.

Bridgford Construction helped put together our project submittal package within a 5-week deadline (this was due to a upcoming change in local regulations). This included all necessary information from their designer, draftsman, structural engineer, geologist, soils engineer, Water Department, Fire Department, Sewer Department, Grading and Drainage.  Unless you have been through this process, you could not know what an unbelievable task this was under this timeline.  Bridgford Construction was our hero!  The Planning Department employees, that helped initiate the process, actually gave us high fives when we handed in the permit application!  After we started construction we also worked with Bridgford Construction’s in-house designer, Stephanie, who helped us achieve our vision of the house. The construction timeline from start of construction to finish was less than a year.  We have been extremely pleased with the high standard of work performed and the work ethic of all their employees and subcontractors.  They kept the job site safe and took extra measures to ensure their work impacted our neighbors as little as possible.  I could not say enough about our positive experience with them.  We literally would not have our new house without them!  They are local and family-owned.  They do an incredible job.  AND,  they CARE!
