I want to give a “HUGE” Thank You to Rob!! Three months ago I weighed 278 pounds and hated both myself and my body. My mental health was horrible as I looked down upon myself. Rob fitness program helped me implement a healthy eating style into my life. I will admit that I did not always complete my assigned workouts 😅 but Rob was always patient with me and helped me drop weight!! Three months down the road and I am down 40 pounds!!! Thank you again Rob and if y’all are looking for a fitness coach this is y’all’s guy!!!

I have been training with Rob for 6 weeks. So far there has been weight loss and muscle gain. His training sessions are great and very personalized. He also gives me a customized meal plan that is simple and doesn't bore me. If you are looking for someone who goes above any beyond to help you achieve your fitness goals. Look no further. Rob has been an amazing coach for me! He has always been there for me, to guide me on my journey to reach my goals. I’ve lost 23 pounds in 2.5 months. But it’s not over...ever! I’m working on getting as fit as possible and building more lean muscle. Rob always works all the details of my weekly nutrition plans. Which #1 takes all the guess work out and #2 he makes changes anytime you hit a Plateau or he notices its not bringing you closer to your goals.
