Great and friendly staff, they really go above and beyond for their customers!

Haven't been here in a long time and I don't know why! I've been using PetSmart for cat supplies but I got a dog again and I'm happy I came here to get him set up. They had everything I needed, and the prices seemed comparable to other places and all reasonable. I was most impressed with the staff, there were actually people there to help and everyone was pretty friendly and helpful. I like the rewards program and the option to view inventory or shop online. No complaints, will return!

This store has upped their game recently. Well stocked and better customer service than PetSmart. On my recent shopping experience looking for a common cat medicine, PetSmart had empty boxes on display that you take up to the bored cashier who looked in the locked cabinet and said it was out of stock. I then went to Pet Supplies and found what I needed.

I really like their delivery service. So much better than hauling around 30, 40, 50lb bags of dog food! I like their variety. I've been struggling with allergies with my furbaby and their choices have made it pretty easy to choose food & treats.

Love love love this place. They’ve the best staff ever attentive and helpful. I was trying on a new dog harness and the veterinarian just stopped by to explain to me how to put it on!
The prices are comparable to other stores but I do think that the quality is better. I would much prefer this place to Petsmart or Petco. Would visit you again anytime I’m in the area
