Michelle and Steve handled everything superbly. I was very "particular" about how I wanted my badge and Steve was very patient with me throughout the entire process. After a few emails back and forth, we agreed on the design of my badge. At the time of this review, it took about 11 weeks to receive the completed badge(which Billet Badges does state in their correspondence). But the badge came out STELLAR and EXACTLY how I envisioned it. Price was very reasonable for a custom designed and finished billet piece.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
