People should help more or at least do something nice for managment im sure with everything going on it would be nice.

Its a great place to live management is easy to work with. The maintenance people are always around and willing to help with repairs on your home. The pool and all of the amenities are well maintained. And there things for the kids to do. What's really nice is you would never know that it's a family park because it is always quite even before covid.

To answer Victor that is not true. My son is white and he was told that he could not either. There are signs posted stating this rule. We have lived here for 10 years and the park is well maintained. Office staff is wonderful and have always been helpful. I would give it 5 stars except there are some people who have moved in that do not abide by the park rules and ruin it for others.
