(June 2, 2023, 5:12 pm)So far, my experience with Sound United has been awesome. I have a deftech 9080 center 9040 rears and just replaced my towers with bp9040's. One of my towers, I noticed the bass being overwhelmingly louder than the other. Called Bestbuy and got the run around to 5 people, with no answer. Talked with Lowie at customer service for deftech, and he got a new amp approved to ship to my house faster than my phone call to Bestbuy. For me, they stood by their product. Love my large system and my wireless bar setup in the other room. Thanks for training your service reps so well.
(January 25, 2023, 11:34 am)I've been to both their old Vista location and now two times to this new location. The new space is really nice. Lots of listening and screening rooms, sweet catering, easy parking and I can get my Taylor Made P790s adjusted next door while I wait.
