I'm new to cycling and stopped by the store to get some info on road bikes. Brian was very nice and patient and provided a lot of useful info. He also was kind enough to put pedals on a bike they had in store, even though he knew I wasn't gonna buy right away. I appreciate the great service and recommend going here to find the right bike for you.

Very nice and kind and fast service we had an inner tube replaced on a new to us used bike he even told us how to use the gears on the bike

Jeff offers a very high level of customer service. I always felt heard and understood. He’s clearly very knowledgeable about his field and his transparency gives you a lot of comfort. Extremely reasonable prices, it seems as if he is just simply happy to help you out because he loves what he does.
