You can't find a more caring professional team than Francisco and Kim. They took their time, explained step by step what they were doing and listened to my concerns. My dog warn carpets look young again. They smell fantastic. My biggest concern when getting my carpets cleaned is the stale smell of the equipment. The equipment at High Desert Dry Carpet Cleaning was very clean and I was so happy. They were patient and took their time to do my carpets not hurying to get to another job. They were efficient as a team and the price was great for all that they did for me.
I highly recommend them. I wish I had discovered them sooner. Been here 18 years and have used some not so great services that ended up saturating my carpets.
