It turned out to be complicated and took a lot of work to figure out. Carl was amazing and helped to figure out the process. He ended up having to stay after closing and I felt really bad, but he was so kind and willing to figure it out. We really appreciated how kind and effective he was.

After a horrendous experience at the corporate store in Vancouver on 192nd (Gabby, ugh), I was so so so happy to go to the Cascade store. Bright, cheerful, helpful, efficient, personable — every single rep I observed. Such a pleasure and such a relief. Highest recommendation
