They helped to save my life I believe the nurse I saw today her name was Michelle young women in her 30s. She was extremely kind she really understands. She was the first person to actually listen to me and gear me out she gave me a little light in this dark depressing world we live in. God bless her, her family, and anything she desires. I almost lost my faith in God and in life. Just her listeing to me and pointing me in the right direction I have faith that even though I'm in the situation I'm in go will always send an Angel yo you. I hope this review finds it's way to you. I needed to get a psych clearance to go to rehab and was directed to IR international health urgent care but was told that I would more then likely stay there and wait and wouldn't be done till 3pm the following day mind u I was there at about 630 in the morning so like a 30or some odd hour wait and you can't have your phone with you they take it and lock it up but thankfully one of the employees at IR recommended I try calling this place and I'm so grateful to him because at this place they don't take your phone you just had be to sign a waiver saying you won't take pictures and I got here at 8am and the last said I should hopefully be out of here by 12-1pm so it went from 30+hours d down to 4-5 hours I don't know why anybody would choose that over this but my guys is this place isnt well known which works for me cuz it's gets me out if here faster and they can get me back on my meds to 5 stars all the way
There are some inexperienced people here but for the most part if you're having a glitch go here they will take good care of you people here care very much I forget the name of the young lady whose director here but she is a very caring person and will do everything to be of service to you I didn't think the county was this smart but they are I have to give them 10 Stars if I could thank you staff and this day and age of modern technology you are the exception and not the rule
This place was nothing like I expected. All of the staff I encountered are clearly employed here because the GENUINELY CARE about their clients. The process did take some time but it was so very worth it. I recommend going in and expecting to spend at least several hours.
Remember, if you have a situation that you consider important enough to seek their services, it's typically a situation that has been left unattended and allowed to grow over a lengthy period of time . Situations such as these require handling with care and since they have so many components, to expect a "quick fix," is absurdly unrealistic and horribly unfair to the people who are trying to help you.
The facility was clean and comfortable. Staff frequently checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed throught the process of getting me stabilized. Everyone was very informative and communicated well so that I understood the next steps. Everyone was kind and listened without being judgemental or condescending.
Excellent experience. I know that if I need them again, they're there for me.
