(May 12, 2020, 6:37 pm)Pate and his team have been so helpful. I had trouble with my dental equipment, a specialized vacuum for all the suction at our orthodontic clinic. I got his number for another dentist that was super happy with their service and I can honestly tell you that they superseded my expectations. I was able to reach them on the phone immediately and they walked me though all the steps to get my vacuum up and running. Even checking on me the next day to see that everything worked out. So appreciative of their help, and my team also appreciated their prompt response. 10 stars for these guys!
