Knowledgeable, professional and most supportive group of women. The accountability coaching is a huge plus but all of the coaches treat you like their own. Highly recommend it for getting in shape, building confidence and getting your body back. I wake up thinking M-Power and go to sleep thinking about it, too! You won't regret it, promise!
