Marcos and his team did a very good job of informing us about the different options and possibilities. The prices were also very fair and competitive. I would recommend them to anyone that has any appliance needs.

Scott V was great to work with and most of all he was honest. I originally ordered a high-end dishwasher for my brother-in-law's family, but it kept getting delayed, which was completely out of their control. So he recommended another brand that they had in stock that was the closest to it. He was upfront that it wasn’t its equal, but if they needed one sooner it was the best option. I never heard of the brand, so I offered some other name brands and he was very forthright about them and still said my best bet was the one he recommended. He also recommended a great a delivery service and installer that did a fantastic job. Needless to say, my sister-in-law was very happy with the gift purchase and thankfully she no longer has to hand wash anymore dishes.

They delivered our Big Green Egg as scheduled. Gene was helpful, kind, AND patient as he taught my husband how to use the Egg that was a surprise gift. His unhurried demeanor made for a terrific experience for us. Can’t wait to trade grilling recipes with him!!
