He was speeding and driving recklessly through the Safeway and McDonald's parking lot, and then pulled out into traffic on Elkhorn Boulevard in North Highlands, Ca.
I called your office and ask for the owner or manager. A very nice lady stated that neither was available at that particular time! She was very courteous and very conscientious about my complaint. I believe the problem has been resolved.
