Cherry Island Golf Course

In pretty good shape. Needs so.e water and fertilizer in fairways. Looks like greens were punched a few weeks ago.

Amazing fairways and greens.We had an 11:40 tee time ,the starter got us off 10 min late but no big deal.Pace of play was perfect.I've read reviews that the course wasn't challenging enough but I'm here to tell you it's plenty difficult.If you play from the black or blue I suspect you'll have a great time.The hot dogs at the turn are absolutely delicious and the staff was second to none.My new favorite Muni.

Really like the prices as a walk on. (17 after 1:00p, 15 after 3:00p) the fairways are torn up with the high volume of people, but the greens are hardening (and speeding up) with the heat coming.

Like the value, but the pace of play is closer to 5 hours easy on the weekends, especially with the bottle up of people starting (holes 1/2) and making the turn and getting food (hole 9 going to 10).

Best rates around. Course drains well. Good track, a few really challenging holes. Good walking course.
