(June 5, 2018, 3:07 am)Best of both worlds training with Sensei Hector Perales in Shotokan karate and Coach Rich in BJJ . I love training in a family friendly environment and getting to compete with the team. Once in a while I enjoy a shake from Element Nutrition as well which is available on site throughout the day. The best part is when I’m not training in class through the week they have gym equipment I can use through the weekend.
