(April 29, 2018, 10:21 pm)I'm always looking forward to my weekly sessions with Rich. In a single meeting I feel renewed, relaxed and redirected on a more constructive path. Even if I stear off course along the way, I'm lovingly guided back. He understands what I'm feeling often better than I do! It's hard to know, sometimes, how to help ourselves when your own emotions are a little difficult to discern. Having Richard's insight is a valuable asset and I credit much of my growth to his council. I'll be forever grateful for the blessing he's been in aiding in my recovery. When I first sought treatment I was in such horrible state I couldn't relax long enough to even look for a therapist! My boyfriend found this place for me! I'm so thankful he did! I've come such a long way! I couldn't recommend this place more!!
