Temecula Trophy was spot on!!

I created my own piston clock for some people retiring within my group. Explaining what I was doing, the folks at Temecula Trophy made some plaques and stone that really set off the gift!

Always excellent work. Custom or otherwise..great with communication. Covid killed trophy shop in Oceanside. Glad we found this one. Wouldn't use anyone else.

The owner declined to do business with someone using slurs about disabled children. They get my business for life.

Huge thank you to temecula trophy and design for this medal in remembrance of my uncle Robert. Bradley and Bree are the epitome of customer service. I reached out to them in hopes that they’d be able to complete my request. Unbeknownst to me this is thier busiest time of year. After speaking with Bree and explaining the situation they were able to squeeze in my order. He could’ve said no but he empathized with me and understood the loss of a loved one is untimely. I can’t thank them enough. The medal is beautiful. If you ever need a trophy medal or plaque support local and stop by temecula trophy and design!!

I had the best experience! I can't imagine any way they could have been nicer or more helpful. My order was very small ($11.00) and came out beautifully!
The store has a huge amt. of trophies and awards to chose from and they're very helpful when it comes to choosing your font, type etc.
I would give them 10 stars if I could and will highly recommend them in the future.
Reading some of the past reviews that mentioned the ownership having recently changed might explain the great improvement in customer service.
