I just finished working with Kay Payne of Karen Totty Real estate and was truly impressed. She's very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and will respond quickly to any question or concern you may have. This was my first home shopping and buying experience and Kay was phenomenal. Very patient and walked me through several steps I didn't understand. She really works hard and doesn't treat you like a payday. She found places for us to consider quickly and quite often priced below what our maximum price was. All in all I would recommend her to anyone in the market for an agent who really cares and knows their stuff.
