My first visit with Chelsea. I am so impressed. I showed her a photo of what I wanted ; cut and foil. She nailed it. My hair is very thick. I was very impressed how she worked with my hair and the results were fabulous. I Showed my neighbor and now she will be phoning Chelsea. I am only sorry I just found her as I will be leaving the State in 2 weeks.
Chelsea is truly amazing with hair, she does my blonde and it comes out perfect every time. I’m her client for life. I highly recommend her!!!
