Everything was wonderful from the moment we placed the order. This purchase was for my daughter's first Homecoming dance. Of course, we were both a bit nervous ~ after placing the order we realized that not only did we order the wrong size but the delivery date was cutting it very close. I emailed customer service explaining that I chose the fastest shipping option but the delivery date was concerning as it would potentially be delivered the day before the dance. I asked if there was a way to pay for a faster shipping option. They responded promptly stating that they would update the size of the dress and not too worry, that they would expedite the order to ensure the dress would arrive with ample time before the dance. Not only did we receive the dress in time, she looked amazing in her beautiful dress. We are grateful to this company for assisting in making her first Homecoming dance an experience we would remember forever. She looked and felt like a princess. We will definetly be using this company again for next year's dance!

The dress I ordered for my daughter was so pretty! I do recommend ordering with plenty of time, at least a couple months before an event. My order took about a month to arrive and that was because I reached out and requested a rush. Besides that we were very happy with the dress and would definitely recommend this shop.

Dress is gorgeous but shipping it out was delayed a few times! Didn’t receive a shipping refund or a discount due to this issue. Nothing was offered, unfortunately- and it cut it so close to our event so caused extra stress

5 stars for the dress. Fit perfectly and not cheaply made! Plus my daughter loved it.

My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get here. I had to contact the company and ask for an updated on shipping before they even shipped it to me.
It took over a month for them to ship it to me even though it said it would be shipped in 7 days. Again once I contacted them they did ship it but it was very late. And they wouldn’t refund me for shipping either.
I wouldn’t recommend buying if you’re in a time crunch b/c it will be extremely late.
