Smart & Final

Best Smart & Final that I have ever been to. I went in with a specific item I was looking for and the first employee I talked to was trying her best to help me find what I was looking for. When it looked like they didn't have the item, she didn't simply brush me off and say " well that's all we have here." Instead she said "wait let me double check with the manager." The manager who obviously looked busy stopped and readily helped me. He spent diligent time trying to find an answer to my question and when it didn't look like his store would have the item, he called another store and had them check. They really tried and when it didn't look like any stores would carry the item, he gave me suggestions that might. Great customer service all around from employees to the manager.

Went in looking for trash bags. There happened to be a gentleman working there who was doing go backs. And he showed me on the right trash liner for my can. Great product and great customer service. I'm sold.
