Baba's Hot Chicken

First time at the food lab. Great location. Had a few restaurants inside. Baba’s called out to me. Stood in line. Ordered. Got the loaded Fries with chicken and sauces. It was messy but really good. They ask which spice level you want. There is communal seating. In other words tables set up between the restaurants and open seating for multiple parties to share the spaces from the different dining establishments.

I ordered their chicken sandwich combo, mild heat, with french fries. The portions are huge and the food is very filling. The spice level was nice. Although it was their mild level it still had a kick. The fries were hot and crunchy and they have a really good ranch.

The sandwiches can be a little messy to eat since it is two tenders, and I do wish it came with a little more slaw, but overall it was an enjoyable meal and I'd eat there again.
