I've had no problems with this company. My mom came home on a vent with a trach tube. Medicare wasn't authorizing an air mattress for Mom's bed sores. Steve, our R/T, asked the owner if they could supply the mattress asap and worry about the Medicare issue later. Bang, we got the air mattress the next day, okayed by the owner. All their equipment is working great and Mom loves the "Barton Super Chair" they brought so she can go outdoors while on the vent. Thanks for all your help guys!!
