Generation Billiards Pool table service

I recently used Generation Billiards to place new bumpers and re-felt my aging table. I contacted Frank, the owner, who was very helpful in making recommendations for material and providing a quick install date.
The install team, Frank & Chris, arrived on time and the install went flawlessly. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of work performed. My table now performs as if it was brand new.

Generation Billiards was great. I sent them a text on Wed and they were able to fit us in on Friday. They had great communication, showed up on time, were neat and very careful with our table. During the installation they kept me informed of what they were doing and helped set the table in the perfect location. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a pool table moved.

I can't say enough positive stuff about Generation Billiards! Picked up Pool Table on Saturday 6/17/23 and had to move it out of the house by noon the following Tuesday 6/20/23... I called 3 others movers and left messages but not one replied or message me back, on the 4th call I called Generation Billiards and Frank Esquivel answered. He was able to squeeze me in for that Tuesday between 8-9am, this guy will take care of you! Great service, easy to communicate with and very prompt! Clean and an expert at what he does.
Went ahead and replaced my felt last minute and he gladly took on the job!

I wanted the table recushioned and refelted because the balls were not reacting off the cusions as they should. Frank noticed that the problem was the subrail angle and offered to take the rails to cut them to the proper angle and return later. I live over an hour away so the fact that he was willing to go back and forth to make sure the table was set up right speaks very highly to their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. The table now plays better than new. I highly recommend this company.

Frank was great! Very efficient and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with and took great care in his work and respect to his surroundings. I would definitely recommend this company to transport your pool table or any of your billiard needs!
