Everyone was very nice. Very pleasant. And very considerate to what my needs were. It didn’t bother me that I had to wait in that line to find out if I was negative or positive. A special prayer to all those people that are there working day and nightTo take care of our needs. May God bless you all
Very organized and clean. Employees were really nice and informative. I was in and out within 10 minutes! Worth the money!
It was great! The customer service was excellent.. I had a issue trying to go though the process of getting tested on line it kept saying the appointment was removed ,and Andre helped me so much to get help and after about 20 mins I was tested got my results shortly that evening I was so grateful! I’m negative and able to Go back to work!
Everyone was very kind and the tech who took my and my brother's samples was very friendly, explained what she was doing, and made the experience very pleasant. We went at 7:30 pm and there was no line or wait.
One improvement would be if there was a light or two at the entrance of the facility. I turned in at the soccer field initially, then was told to look for blue flags at the next entrance, but it was so dark that I blew right past the facility. That road is so dark at night, even with brights on, so a light of some sort would be so helpful.
