  Stephanie was terrific to work with. She handled both my listing and purchase simultaneously, and in an unprecedented sellers market managed to get the very first offer I placed on a home accepted! She then took care of the very delicate balancing act of closing both my listing and purchase escrows within two days of each other allowing me to move without the need of interim housing.... all of this while keeping me calm when the skittish first time buyers purchasing my home began making unreasonable demands and threatening to back of out. Stephanie remained positive and professional throughout the entire process. She promptly answered my calls, worked around my schedule, offered reassurance, and explained the process every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
