(January 8, 2021, 4:50 pm)Carlos Matthews and Proline Plumbing were fantastic. They were assigned to a home warranty service request I submitted for a malfunctioning shower valve. Carlos came out on a Monday (the day after I submitted the request!) to assess the problem and determine what parts he would need to order. By Friday he was back with the necessary parts and everything pre-authorized with my home warranty company to complete the work. Within 30 minutes the job was done and everything works great now! Communication was great through the entire process. I highly recommend Carlos and Proline for any plumbing needs.
(March 13, 2020, 2:11 pm)Ivan from Proline totally SAVED us!!! He went above and beyond to not only address our many plumbing issues in our new home, but also to do the jobs well so that they last. He really put in the extra time, and was also just an all-around warm and professional person. Everything was very timely, and he rescheduled to come on an earlier day when he was able to. Multiple leakages of gushing water officially taken care of!
