Josh made the entire experience effortless! It takes a smart, patient, knowledgeable Relator to know the market, educate the client and develop a strategy that works well for everyone involved. Josh made the process easy, stress free and I felt he was always available to accommodate me through my chaotic schedule. We sold our home after 24 hours on the market for $20k over asking all cash buyer. Although that may sound simple, we had a complex set of requests to work with the buyer on and Josh was able to negotiate and work through all of our needs. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend his professional services!
