Not only was I able to get a phone appointment with my Doctor the same day he even contacted me earlier because he had some time. I’ve never been to a doctor that shows and expresses he truly has my best interest at heart. Not to mention he listens and plans a health plan accordingly. And let me tell you about the friendly and helpful staff in the Hemet office. I know I’ve been difficult with my insurance changing after so many referrals were approved by my old insurance, but Jennifer jumped on it and got the most important approved within hours of my appointment. The staff who answer the phone to help with appointments and general questions are so friendly and pay attention to detail to make sure messages are relayed appropriately. The Dentist and dental assistants here are amazing! Nothing but care for their patients And they treat you with respect and just try to help as much as possible. I have dental anxiety really bad and they really make it easy on you and they just try to help as much as possible. Doctor Peng and Ibarra are the best around hands down!!! Love you guys so much
