T'ai Chi Complete

I’m 83 years young and have been a student in Professor Ken’s class for 4 and 1/2 years now. He’s a great teacher with a wealth of experience, knowledge, ability and lengthy impressive background in Tai Chi and the Martial Arts. I’ve embraced Tai Chi and my enjoyment of it has resulted in significant health benefits that include increased flexibility, muscle and leg strength and improved balance. I encourage anyone, no matter your age, to get involved in a Tai chi class with Professor Ken. Nothing to lose and everything to gain!

I been in T'ai Chi complete for 9 years l have learned a lot of skills. classes have helped me alot and keeping in good shape and I also take the 360X Defense classes for 9 years as well. Prof. Ken is a patient teacher and excellent teacher.

I’ve been taking Tai Chi from Professor Ken for about 7 or 8 years, I’m 80 years old now and, after seeing it done by people of all ages in China and marveling at the beauty of it and the agility of the Chinese doing it no matter their age, I decided to try it. It has noticeably helped my balance. I highly recommend Ken as an instructor for this because he is extremely knowledgeable, with over 60 years experience, and cares about teaching it correctly. By correctly, I mean he demonstrates that Tai Chi is a martial art. He, through active demonstration, shows the why of each movement from the martial art aspect of it and how to do the movements correctly, as it’s through stimulation of mind and body that you get the full benefit. He teaches at all levels. I felt very awkward at first, but he puts you at ease as did everyone in the class. Our class has become like a family and we love having new people join us. It’s for all age groups.
