Went for chiropractic help. Doctor was amazing and kind. Positive experience all around.

I think this is one of best experiences I've had at a dr. facility. For Amazon employees a hidden gem if they are not utilizing it. Very nice and informative staff.

I went in the other day didn't have membership couldn't get in touch with hr so I just went to crossoverhealth on my own to ask questions and the girl Grace at the desk explained hra-hsa how it benefits me etc. As well as the insurance they had no pamphlet she went outta her way and googled printed the basics open Enrollment, etc. She also explained all they do here i was impressed .I should've have offered her a water for all that talking but she offered me one .. I will go back and spread the word. Thanks grace

By design, there is no waiting room. That is by itself a unique attribute for a medical facility.
My insurance information was taken care of, the visit didn't cost anything (nor the follow up), making & scheduling appointments was easy enough. The people were all pleasant to speak with. The problem I went in there for was promptly addressed, and they're open until 11pm!
Overall a great experience and I will use them again in the future.
