(June 14, 2020, 8:08 pm)Have been coming to Hans for some time now. Clothes are always done when promised, and always cleaned and pressed well. I went to pick up my clothes a week ago and when they handed me the clothes, they handed me a small Ziploc baggie. My Tiffany & Co. cufflinks were in there. It seems I forgot to remove them before dropping off my clothes. I didn't even know I did that and I probably would have thought I just misplaced them had I not been able to find them again. What an honest and professional thing to do. I will always come to Hans as long as they're open.
