Outstanding. I read the reviews, and to be honest, they sounded too good to be true. I needed someone courageous and confident enough to put a used engine in my Prius because my head gasket went bad and I used a sealer that failed (which resulted in a ruined engine for me). I'd already tried some other shops and gotten some estimates. Most were extremely expensive and not worth keeping the car. After discussing with Scott (a main owner/manager), his can do attitude and encouraging insights really helped me make a solid decision to get a motor and have them install it. The prices are exceptionally reasonable--and they do such a good job I'm actually more than happy to pay them for the wonderful work they do.

This is an old-school business where people get to know each other, help each other, and look out for each-other's best interests. For some reason its been really hard to find this in the auto care industry. These guys are so good I sort of don't want to review them and keep making them more famous because I don't want too many people to make them too busy :P, but they really do deserve an incredible review.

Their entire staff seems absolutely wonderful from the front office to the back mechanics. There is a peace and realness in this place that is rare. These people are doing something they are made to do, and it shows. Can't talk them up enough. My family and I deeply appreciate Knuts Auto and Truck. People like Scott and the crew there make a business like theirs a rare gem, and rare gems like them make a community one people dream of and certainly want to live in.

Pretty much all you can ask for. The owner is always there, the staff are knowledgeable, and their prices are fair. Best mechanic shop I've been to. Period.

Best shop in in Norcal! Honestly the best group of technicians anywhere!
