After a going through a rough night with my child and then being turned down at 2 other locations, Kate was pleasant and reassuring even though we didn't have an appointment. Not long after arrival she was able to get us in to see the doctor, who was more than kind, smiling and reassuring to me and my son. Selena helped us check out and wished us well with a reassuring smile. Even with the masks on the smiles were all there. Fabulous experience! Kind and efficient. I started with an online video appointment the doctor. She asked that I go into the clinic for a better diagnosis. She was able to check me in with an walk-in appointment. By the time I got to the clinic I had done my paperwork online and I was seen within 30 minutes.

Overall an effortless and smooth transition and great people! Thank you everyone. I'm sure I will be feeling back to my old self in no time.

My regular clinic urgent care had a 3 hour wait, with no ability to check in for an appointment. I went to Indigo, and was seen in an hour. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were caring, respectful and super friendly. I had a diagnosis and help quickly. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Indigo!

The staff is always so nice and compassionate and really seem to care about helping you. I have visited twice for unrelated reasons and both times have left feeling like I got the care and attention I needed when other doctors did nothing to help me. My partner has also been here multiple times for her son and her experience has been the same. Dr. Kyle M is a wonderful doctor and I will be coming back for any and all urgent care needs.
