Dr. Sarala Ghanapuram, MD

I needed a new primary care physician, and the pickings from United healthcare insurance were pretty slim. I made an appointment and will see you within a week or two for the first visit. Amazing, considering I’ve called many other primary care providers, and was told it would be month.

The office is not fancy or luxurious, but functional. And very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are very friendly. And polite and respectful.

The physician assistant is friendly and respectful as well. And efficient.

Dr. Sarala is very respectful, a good listener, and is able to summarize all of my issues very comfortably. She came up with an action plan to help me achieve my goals to get my issues under control. For urgent issue was very easy to get an appointment same day.

She seems to know what she is doing, which is great!

Best after the fact was that she did not charge an arm and a leg for the visit since I am on a high deductible plan this is important to me. Very reasonable prices.

I moved, changed insurance and selected Dr Ghanapuram.
She spent an excessive amount of time with me . Put through several referrals. immediately. Had to see her on 2 urgent problems and was seen within a day. In reviewing my chart, see noticed a result that she felt she should repeat and ordered test and was being treated the net day I give her 5 stars . Love the fact that your reach heroffice and not a call center.
