Great customer service.
They didn't have the techs to get me in but the owner explained what I needed and was able to continue my trip.
Rodney is awesome. He works on all different kinds of RVs and trailers. You can tell he enjoys doing it, and that shows in the quality of his work.
I answered an ad for a trailer for sale in Auburn, CA and drove from the Bay Area to see it. Rodney was honest and upfront about his knowledge of the trailer, and it was a great trailer, so I bought it. I will take it back there for service every time! They bought the trailer from one of their loyal customers at a price more than fair, and more than a dealership would offer! If they have anything for sale here, BUY IT!
