  I loved my home,  but...
  I started to see homes that were newer, nicer and had what I have always wanted,  a view.
  Marcus and I teamed up and searched Auburn for "that one special home."  Marcus showed me many homes.  We looked at many possibilities.  I was not in a hurry,  but was determined.
  I was most impressed with the patience and personal attention Marcus gave to my specific needs.
  I thought I found  "the one " and put in an offer.
  Marcus' professionalism helped keep me calm as he represented my best interests.  That particular house was not to be "my home ".
  The search continued and,  there it was.  A newer, modern house with a view and so much more.
  The entire purchase went smoothly as Marcus orchestrated the many aspects and players in the deal .    I was surprised at the many parts to a negotiated purchase agreement.   He explained each phase and made sure it was all correct and that we understood each phase.
  I am comfortable and confident to reccomend Marcus Johnson to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.   You will be treated with  professional, experienced and trustworthy care.
