David was wonderful to work with. We had been having trouble finding a place to rent that checked all of boxes and were sick of the headache that goes with the whole process. He found us a beautiful condo through his own channels that we couldn’t find on the normal real estate sites. It wasn’t in the area we initially saw ourselves living, but now that we’re moved in we wouldn’t have it any other way! He made the process so simple and negotiated some of the little extras we wanted (e.g. permission to repaint, allowing pets) directly with the owner. If you’re sick of the rental process, I highly recommend going through an agent, and David in particular.
