We originally used Eric to manage a rental property for us in Anaheim. Eric was fully engaged from the beginning and made the experience of owning a rental property seamless (which can sometimes be seen as a nuisance). He listed the property and found a long-term tenant in a matter of weeks. And by long-term it was 18-months! I was always informed on what was going on, but overall it was a very hands-off experience, which I appreciated.

In early 2020, my wife and I found out that we were going to welcome our first child into the family. This meant purchasing a new, larger house for our growing family, which meant selling my wife's current property, which also meant selling the property we were renting out (which I owned prior to meeting my wife). We had a very specific timeline in order to line things up for the new house. Eric was very specific in the steps needed to unwind everything, and made what initially seemed like a LOT of very BIG things that had to happen in a very SHORT amount of time, all while going through a move and pregnancy...not so bad in the end.
