(March 24, 2023, 8:33 am)Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning, there is this really cool guy who coaches everyone in the gym. I didn't catch his name. Everyone there was really friendly and welcoming. They all said they are training for the ACFT? Not sure, but their workouts were pretty intense.
