My “regular” bike shop was backed up for months with repairs, as were many of the other bicycle shops in town. Going out on a limb, I googled “bicycle repair” & called Olic, not knowing they were an e-bike warehouse. Steven was so courteous over the phone & agreed to take a look at my beach cruiser as he happens to be a certified bicycle mechanic. I brought it in and he had it ready for me in pristine condition in less than 48 hours for a more than reasonable price. He’s agreed to take a look at my road bike next!
