(June 26, 2021, 9:16 pm)I first shopped here just yesterday and when I got home I noticed the piece I had purchased had the smallest little nick in it and after calling the store they offered to hold a replacement for me. When I arrived today my replacement earrings were waiting for me and they were perfect.
The manager was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She really made the whole experience great as did associates.
