Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There was a reason this jeweler—Sam—has so many positive reviews, and that’s what brought me to his store. What impressed me the most was his knowledge about stones. Beyond that, it really was a pleasure working with him. Definitely worth the trip.

Aida gave me superb attention and follow-through. I live in Southern California so we communicated by email. She presented me with options and did due diligence to find me what I was looking for. They have a unique collection of beautiful enamel dog pendants.

We were very pleased with the courteous service and excellent work done on my wife’s engagement ring. It was loose and we just got it back today and the fit is perfect and it sparkles beautifully. Very fast turnaround too. Will definitely use Sausalito Jewelry again.
