  love this beach and the hike to get there. There is a high road and a low road that are both suitable for walking.

  Great view! Nice little walk to get from the parking area down to the beach. Make sure to go up to the beach overlook. Awesome view. Also bring water as I didn't not see any fountains on the way.

  At only ~30 minutes from San Francisco, this is one of my favorite short and easy hikes. At under 2 miles, and half paved, I didn't expect it to deliver much thrills ... but the beach is quite spectacular!
  
  Be sure to head partially up the hill for a view. Some folks head farther up the cliff/hill but there are clear barriers to stop people from doing so.

  Fantastic place. 1.6 miles flat hike from the parking to the beach. Great starting point for many many really good hikes.

  Just under 2 mile hike to a nice beach. Not necessarily a swimming beach but a good place to get your feet wet. The trail is stroller and bike accessible
