(February 16, 2023, 10:16 am)Went there last week. I was surprised. They changed the configuration of the lines and the wait time was rather quick. Personal was very friendly. I think because not everyone was stuck behind a desk.

The doors on the left, as you look at the building, are for Drive Test and Appointments only.
The doors in the middle of the building, the 2nd awning, is for customers with No Appointments.
(September 19, 2022, 12:46 pm)Arrived here after 8 am and the wait was not bad at all. Customer service was reasonably quick and the overall demeanor of the DMV agents was very professional. I've been to this DMV many times and I felt this visit things have changed in the customer service aspect for the better. Hopefully it stays this way.
