(August 27, 2020, 2:38 am)I wasn't @Sierra Madre City Hall, instead I was up the street eating @Tacos Ensenada: 345 Sierra Madre Blvd, Sierra Madre California 91024(former site of KFC). I got ceviche tostadas with hot blaring hot sauce which was homemade ! Tostadas were fantastic, yummy & flavorful. My friend ordered 2 fish tacos & Jamaica drink(they charge for refills which is a ripoff). Since they don't have free refills on any drink only water they get only 4 stars.
