The team at the Vans store in Valencia/Santa Clarita provided us with excellent customer service. Erik, one of the managers, was very accommodating with some exchanges we made that many other people would not have taken the time to deal with.
I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely consider this store for my next purchase.

Hoping the store location sees this! Just before Thanksgiving I came into the Vans store looking to purchase a specific MTE jacket. Unfortunately my size wasn’t available and it wasn’t available to purchase on the website either. The store employee, I believe his name is Matty, was so beyond kind, Knowledgeable and helpful. He found a way to get it shipped from a further away store, and when it came in he was prompt at calling me to let me know they got it in for me at their location. I came in and made the purchase on December 2nd but Matty wasn’t there for me to thank. The employee who rang me out that day was also super kind and a joy to talk to. I want to thank both guys at this location for their help and kindness during a busy time of the year

Already great, happy service at this particular branch. Every staff member is extremely kind and ready to assist you in any way possible. The cashier persons are also very kind as well as quick to complete your purchase and make sure everything is in order. Although the selection of shoes and other accessories are rather limited due to the small store size, it's good enough to keep you satisfied. Great place to get your Vans products if you live in the area or are just visiting

There shoes are amazing as well as the backpacks. Very high quality and low prices.
