Very friendly and helpful people. They are knowledgeable and take the time with customers. In addition to the jewelry adjustments we got done, they cleaned our rings for free. I was visiting family when we came in. I need a franchise to open in east Texas.

Small shop but did the job. I needed a quick one word engraving job and he was able to do it for me same day for $30.

Took in a very special watch I purchased in Arizona for my Sister in law. The clip that attaches to the face of the watch had fallen off. I'm so happy I took it jewelry Fixx. I arrived there 10 minutes to closing time. The Gentleman who helped me, was so awesome!! He fixed it right away and didn't even charge me!! Wow! The owner of the store is such a good man. He fixed my mother's watch and he did it for a reasonable price. Plus, He gave us 2 years warranty. I take all of my watch and jewelry business here now.
