Really difficult to call in and make an appointment. I'm usually on hold for 10-15 min which is difficult with a young child. The front desk staff either doesn't have the tools to work effectively, or they need to hire an office manager and get a new system. We love the doctors here, but the phone wait times to make an appointment are too much.
